I let a month go by without putting anything up. I promised myself I wouldn't do that.
Oh well, at least I was working on something totally awesome. Here are some pictures from a project that will be released by Women's Voices for the Earth this Tuesday.

On Tuesday, I'll post a link to the video and their new report, which is all about using environmentally-safe alternatives to heavy chemical disinfectants.

Sketches from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. (The origin labels may be terribly wrong, these are from months ago and I had trouble reading my writing.) The hand mirror on the top right is bordered by little birds, not chubby baby arms, which makes it trendy enough for DesignSponge or Decor8. The loopy thing below it may in fact be an ancient African earring tree. But my favorite thing was the statuette of the mom and baby, I think it's cuter than a Dunny.

I joined the "What I Wore Today (in drawings)" Flickr group, because I...actually draw my own outfits a lot. That is embarassing, but apparently a whole bunch of other losers do it too! One issue here though, is that this blog is now 98% cartoons of ME. Oh well.

I like this girl character's wide-spaced eyes. I don't really identify with this joke anymore-- this comic is from eight billion years ago-- but I had the pencil sketch lying around and I thought I would just go ahead and do an atrocious inking job on it and then post it on the internet.

(It's about how I had trouble finding the right diet back when I had IBD.)

A few months ago, my brother came up with this brilliant slogan: Unibrows Unite!

He asked me to do a logo, and I sort of forgot about it and refound it in my sketchbok yesterday. Here you have Bert, Frida Kahlo and Okay-I-don't-know-any-other-famous-unibrows, and they are looking militant.

And below that I went all Saturday morning cartoon with it. See the robot? iBrow. The femme fatale? Frau Brow. The ninja? Browshiro.
I didn't know what to name the square-jawed leader. Or the bear.

And this is one that I did on Sian's birthday last year. The boy in the comic turned out to be somewhat cheesier than we thought he was. Maybe someday Adam will have a journal comic and tell you about it.
